Responsibilities: Participate in the execution of audit engagements forclients, including Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) registrants.Communicate accounting and audit issues to the firm's Japanese Practiceclients. Review and analyze U.S. GAAP financial statements and financialprojections. Prepare and review audit work papers. Assist with audit planningand risk assessment procedures. Review SEC filings and research technicalaccounting issues. Understand and utilize KPMG's Audit Methodology.

WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00am - 5:00pm)

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree inAccounting or related field plus two (2) years of experience in the offeredposition or a related occupation. Any suitable combination of education,training or experience is acceptable. Two (2) years of experience must include: AICPAauditing standards; FASB; ISA; JSOX; U.S. GAAP; U.S. GAAS; SSARS; applyingInternational Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for multinational companyaudits; and researching technical accounting issues.

LANGUAGEREQUIREMENT: Writtenand spoken Japanese language proficiency required.
