We are Systems, LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This is a role within Systems' Marketing group. This role will be responsible for various marketing tasks with an emphasis on digital marketing including video production, social media activity, marketing email campaigns, website management, lead generation, writing content and more.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to produce and publish product marketing videos and materials

  • Design email marketing templates for communication with customers and partners

  • Support and engage on company social media channels, including LinkedIn and industry-specific forums

  • Support the development of content for promotional materials, websites, blogs, etc; create PowerPoint presentations for the Sales and Marketing departments

  • Compile contacts to establish marketing lists of potential customers and partners; coordinate direct mail campaigns for all brands

  • Support Business Development by crafting marketing materials for product-specific promotion

  • Monitor website content, ensuring optimization for SEO best practices

  • Create marketing literature pieces as they're requested by the Sales department; provide dealerships with any marketing material requested

  • Organize and maintain marketing images, videos, and various files for other company divisions to access

  • Assist in strengthening brand identity, brand recognition through social media, career website, corporate reviews, industry forums, industry associations, and other digital channels

  • Assist in eCommerce product information for online parts sales

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Associates Degree

  • 3+ years of relevant experience

  • Efficient knowledge and experience with all MS Office applications is required

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business

  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience with B2B marketing

  • Preferred: Industry experience

The payrange for this position is $42,800.00 - $70,625.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
