Primary Functions

• Provide prompt and effective Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to employees and executives via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

• Utilize the Jira Service Management ticketing system to track, manage, and resolve support requests, ensuring timely updates and communication with end-users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Some positions may necessitate a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, finance, marketing)
• Work Experience: Have relevant work experience that aligns with the job requirements
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Proficient use of applicable technology
• Ability to follow technical instructions and guidelines
• Able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
• Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

The hourly rate for this job in this market is $28.00. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
