THE JOB:

The Facilities Manager will play a key role in delivering seamless guest experiences through strategic, high-quality property operations. You will oversee all engineering and maintenance operations to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and guest satisfaction across the property.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Execute departmental strategy in alignment with company goals, budgets, and profitability targets

• Lead and manage engineering and maintenance staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight

• Ensure high standards of guest service delivery in line with brand expectations

• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and building codes, and ensure accurate documentation

• Oversee utility usage, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and inventory management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience

• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting
