Location of Training: Warren, MI Training: Hybrid Remote After Training: Remote Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $20-22/hr Universal Advisors are responsible for managing the day-to-day contact duties with customers across a wide variety of communication platforms. They are driven to provide support for their team leaders for the brand to be successful in building relationships with our customers, other team members, dealership personnel, Field organization, Brand Quality, and various company Leaders. * Technical troubleshooting over a wide variety of platforms, regarding assistance with vehicle connectivity, Wi-Fi, Infotainment system, and Mobile App. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $39520.00/yr.
