*Job Description:* * Provide information, education and assistance to members, providers, other insurance companies, attorneys, agents/brokers or other customer representatives on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims and eligibility. * Provide excellent and caring services to all internal and external members and providers. *Skills & Qualifications* * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Quiet workspace with no distractions and high speed internet. * 2+ years of customer service experience required. * 2+ years of call center experience highly preferred. * Experience in the health care field highly preferred. *Schedule: *Must be available Mon - Fri (9am-9pm MST) and on Saturday during busy season (9am-5pm MST). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
