*Job Description:* * Provide information, education and assistance to members, providers, other insurance companies, attorneys, agents/brokers or other customer representatives on recorded phone lines regarding benefits, claims and eligibility. * Provide excellent and caring services to all internal and external members and providers. *Skills & Qualifications* * Proficient in Microsoft Office * Quiet workspace with no distractions and high speed internet. * 2+ years of customer service experience required. * 2+ years of call center experience highly preferred. * Experience in the health care field highly preferred. *Schedule: *Must be available Mon - Fri (9am-9pm MST) and on Saturday during busy season (9am-5pm MST). *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
