Description

Network Health is seeking a driven Marketing Intern to join the team. This individual will get experience working with brand promise work, reviewing peer materials, supporting social media content/posts and working through a website audit project. As an intern with Network Health, you can expect to collaborate with the marketing team to learn about each stage of our various marketing campaigns to our members and customers.

This internship will be 35-40 hours per week and can be completed at either our Brookfield or Menasha, WI office.

Duties:



  • Coordinates with marketing team members and various vendors/departments to help develop communication plans and related communications materials.
  • Assists with various tasks required for the marketing department.
  • Conducts formatting, peer reviews and quality checks to ensure material and content accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Analyze data and build reports to improve communication and transparency within Marketing and other departments.
  • Organizes and updates online databases and other mechanisms for archival/historical access and project tracking.
  • Participates in department planning meetings, brainstorms and process improvements.
  • Executes strategies based on annual work plans and regulations.
  • Assists with website auditing project.
  • Contributes ideas to improve efficiency and reduce costs and implements solutions.
  • Appropriately applies all organizational, departmental, and regulatory principles, procedures, requirements, regulations and policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Associate degree in graphics, art, marketing, print, business, or related field
  • Currently enrolled in and pursuing a bachelor's or associate degree from an accredited college or university
  • Major in business or related field, with strength in written and verbal communication skills required.


Skills:



  • Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Intermediate or advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
  • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, leveraging analytical reasoning, attention to detail, project management and problem-solving skills to meet deadlines and drive work forward.
  • Ability to anticipate, understand and manage stakeholder expectations and consistent delivery of services by clearly and effectively conveying information.
  • Ability to use sound judgment when making service-oriented decisions that have financial implications required.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, highly analytical and ability to work in a high change environment are required.
