About the Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist (Contractor) with a passion for performance marketing and a sharp, strategic mindset. This role is ideal for a data-driven digital marketer with 3+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in WordPress, Salesforce.com, Google Analytics (GA4), and Asana. You will help plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement across our digital channels. This is a remote, full-time contract role reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to work closely with our brand, content, product marketing, and sales teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning * Collaborate with the marketing director to develop quarterly campaign strategies aligned with business objectives (e.g., lead generation, user acquisition, provider engagement). * Translate business goals into actionable digital marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels. Campaign Execution * Implement, manage, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including email, paid social, paid search, and content syndication. * Build and publish landing pages and digital content via WordPress. * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for creative assets, copy, and development. Platform Management * Use Salesforce.com to build emails, create Engagement Programs, build target lists, track lead lifecycle stages, and align campaigns with the sales funnel. * Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and other analytics tools to track campaign performance and conversion paths. * Collaborate in Asana to manage campaign timelines, approvals, and task workflows. Performance Monitoring & Optimization * Define KPIs and ensure accurate tracking for all digital initiatives. * Regularly report on performance, providing data-driven insights and actionable recommendations. * Identify optimization opportunities across ad spend, user experience, and conversion funnels. Cross-functional Collaboration * Partner with content, design, and web development teams to ensure campaigns are cohesive and high-impact. * Liaise with the sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and revenue outcomes. * Participate in regular check-ins and planning meetings to update on campaign progress and priorities.
