Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Equipment Operator in our White Bear Lake, MN facility! Your Shift: 1st Shift; Monday - Friday with Saturday as needed, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm Starting time as early as 5:00 am depending on workload Your Responsibilities: Review cutting work orders for special instructions Ensure production deadlines are met Cut and box finished work orders Ensure quality standards of cut products Clean, service, adjust, and make routine equipment repairs Maintain records of production output Ensure required resources are available in order to complete job (cut files) Evaluate output and make adjustments to obtain a desired level of cut quality Respond appropriately to fault, error, and alert messages Contact and interface with customer support as necessary Monitor and report environmental changed that may impact equipment performance (humidity & temperature). Ensure proper paper handling, conditioning, and loading. Make productivity recommendations to workflow You Must Have: High School diploma or equivalent Basic mechanical abilities and motor skills Requires bending, lifting and twisting Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Knowledge of various types of cutting systems as well as their differences Experience operating high volume, networked systems Desktop application and related cutting software experience Knowledge of various finishing operations and equipment We Would Also Prefer: Previous cutting or Zund experience The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17.00 - 21.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
