Position Summary Odyssey Systems is seeking an experienced Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) to support cybersecurity and information assurance (IA) efforts for the HNJ Program at Hanscom AFB. The ISSE will lead the coordination and development of Authorization and Accreditation (A&A) documentation in compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD IA policies. The candidate will serve as a cybersecurity SME within the Program Management Office (PMO), supporting system development, integration, and test activities with a strong emphasis on security architecture and risk mitigation planning. Responsibilities In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter. Duties include, but not limited to:
Lead the coordination and authorship of RMF-based A&A documentation and packages. Qualifications Citizenship: Must be a US citizen Minimum Required Qualifications Clearance: Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility Education: BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD,
Certifications:
Preferred Qualifications Education: Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 10+ years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, of which 5 years must be in the DoD Technical Skills
