Performance Health is seeking an Email and Social Media Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. The duration of this internship is summer 2025 - working 30-40 hours per week from late May to mid-August.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Email Marketing Support
- Assist in building and testing email campaigns using our email platform (Dotdigital), with guidance from the team.
- Help review and edit email content for clarity and brand voice.
- Support email campaigns with creative element development using Canva.
Social Media Marketing
- Support daily social media activities, including content scheduling and content creation.
- Contribute ideas for content that align with brand goals and current digital trends.
- Help monitor social media platforms for trends, engagement opportunities, and competitor insights.
Collaboration & Learning
- Support and learn catalog development. This includes content development, organization, and structure. Give support to other sales literature development as needed.
- Work alongside the Marketing, Creative, and Segment teams to help create aligned messaging across channels.
- Learn and use tools like Monday.com to stay organized and assist in managing project timelines.
- Stay curious and engaged with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in email and social media marketing.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Enrolled full-time and pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university AND graduating after May 2026
- Major in Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills - Excel (i.e. Pivot Tables)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & work towards long-term goals
- Basic understanding of online marketplaces &/or retail sales
Benefits
- This is an internship with an hourly pay rate of $18.00 - $20.00.
