Position Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts for both Radyne and Lepel, leaders in induction heating technology.

This in-house position involves collaborating with Product Managers, Regional Sales Managers, the Director of Sales, Engineering, Shop Management, and the CEO to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support sales objectives.

Responsibilities include managing digital advertising, creating compelling marketing content, conducting market research, executing trade show activities, and tracking performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Advertising Strategy

  • Develop and implement targeted outbound marketing campaigns to reach new customers for Radyne and Lepel's extensive suite of induction heating products and services.
  • Manage digital advertising accounts such as Google Ads and Analytics, optimizing performance and budget allocation.
  • Track website analytics and conversions, ensuring a data-driven approach to marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior to inform marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with customer acquisition goals.


Content Development & Brand Representation

  • Design and develop marketing materials for print, web, email campaigns, trade shows, and presentations.
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across various platforms, including brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Work with Product Managers to develop storyboards and promotional materials to support sales and brand expansion efforts.
  • Ensure all visual and written marketing materials align with the branding standards of Radyne and Lepel.


Digital & Multimedia Production

  • Maintain and update company web pages, ensuring accurate product information and engaging content.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools for customer outreach.
  • Execute product photography and videography, ensuring high-quality media for promotional use.
  • Assist with the development and editing of technical manuals in collaboration with engineering teams.


Trade Shows & Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and support trade show activities, including booth setup, promotional materials, and lead generation strategies.
  • Travel occasionally to industry-related trade shows to represent the company and engage with prospects.


Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support across departments, assisting with file transfers, design tasks, and other digital workflow needs to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle customer inquiries, directing calls to the appropriate sales representative, collecting preliminary information, and logging new leads into the CRM for follow-up.
  • Manage and maintain the Marketing and Media Library Drives, ensuring structured organization and easy accessibility for internal teams.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar business field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing related role.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in crafting professional marketing content.
  • Creative, self-driven, and highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Cloud, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Skilled in photography and videography, utilizing professional equipment.
  • Technical proficiency in HTML5, Java, Angular.JS, SQL, and UI development.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred; prior exposure to industrial heating technology is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment and communicate across departments.


Education Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience.
  • B.S. or B.A. a plus. New graduates with suitable experience encouraged to apply.


Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to distinguish between colors and have good perception.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and able to drive an auto.
  • Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.
