Nokia of America Corporation, Network Management Pre-Sales (Multiple Positions), Dallas, TX.



  • Provide Network Management SON and RIC solution services by supporting Nokia's sales and service teams by guaranteeing a proper end-to-end network management solution for Enterprises and US Government entities.
  • Participate in Bid (RFx) processes and defenses, provide BoM (Bill of Materials) and support sales team with budgetary proposals, trials and demos.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and R&D teams for customer requirements and portfolio aspects and handle of customer feature requests.
  • Establish "Sales to deliver" meetings to ensure seamless delivery of end-to-end customer solution via our services team.
  • Work with order management, project management and sourcing teams to guarantee adequate ordering of sales items, and recognition of network Management Order Intake and revenue sales.
  • Work with vendors to procure hardware and associated services for fulfilling delivery of solution to customers.
  • Conduct regular meetings with customers to communicate roadmap, address technical queries and influence decision makers.
  • Deliver customer presentations to capture new business and upsell of value-add functionality.
  • Provide measurable input into new products and operational plans in support of business strategies.
  • Analyze, develop and implement concepts and solutions as a subject matter expert. #LI-DNI


Domestic travel up to 20% required.

Telecommuting from a location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX may be permitted up to 60%.

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 6 years of related work experience, of which, at least 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related. Or a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Systems, Engineering, Telecommunications, Information Systems or a related field, and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 4 years of experience with the following:



  • OSS architecture, models, standards, and concepts focusing on resource/network management and assurance;
  • SW architecture and development methodologies;
  • Radio and Core technologies;
  • Sales, Pre-sales, Solutioning & value-based argumentation for Network Management and SON domain;
  • Cloud Native, Microservices, Containers and Cloud Platforms; Cloud-RAN and O-RAN technologies;
  • Forecasting and Sales opportunity lifecycle management.
