Empire Distributors, A Leading Beverage Distributor is now hiring an Entry Level Pricing Coordinator. The Pricing Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Pricing Manager in all aspects of pricing for Nashville & Chattanooga. The position is primarily responsible for the daily management pricing/deal data using the Vistex pricing and chargeback software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Required Basic math skills.

Required Administrative duties.

  • Organizes and maintains supplier deal/price grids.
  • Collects and organizes all supplier support approvals provided by email.
  • Manages on and off-premise pricing for all divisions in Vistex deal workbench.
  • Manages depletion allowances (positive and negative) in Vistex deal workbench.
  • Manages deals and support in Vistex deal workbench.
  • Publishes price books and saves in shared folders; communicates to sales team.
  • Informs sales force on new pricing via email.
  • Responds to pricing and deal inquiries from sales force.
  • Reviews monthly chargeback accruals to ensure high level of accuracy.
  • Investigates disputed chargeback invoices.
  • All other duties as assigned by Pricing Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Must be knowledgeable of Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
