The ideal candidate will have either prior military deployment experience, or DoD, DOS Contractor overseas Deployment, or similar educational experience. Experience in DoD Personal Security clearance, DoD contractor security clearance process, Counterintelligence and POLY Interview. Experience working with the DoD Contractor, and linguists preferred. Experience working on DoD Contractor Deployment System (SPOT LOAs, CAC ID, DISS, Equip, NBIS) preferred. Experience in implementing, and developing trainings, briefing, and standard Procedures. Excellent physical fitness and resilience. Ability to work in the office environment, the work is not remote. Ability to travel as needed. Ability to sit for long periods of 8+ hours daily. Ability to work in stressful and challenging environments Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Strong Project Management skills or similar leadership skills. Strong Microsoft office skills. Respect for diversity and ability to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds Bachelor's degree or 5+ Management skills.
