Global Funds Transfer Operations Specialist I
The Global Funds Transfer (GFT) Operations Specialist I position will be responsible for performing various production related tasks to ensure timely and accurate wire flow (sending/receiving). The position will have four key responsibilities: (1) Delivery Assurance (wire processing, wire flow monitoring, exception handling, and issue remediation), (2) Servicing (research, internal department inquiries, customer support), (3) Compliance (regulatory requirements and internal procedures), and Reporting (performance, trending, and ad hoc). The GFT Operations Specialist I will support timely and accurate wire processing by performing wire activities spanning multiple core Wire functions (Operations, Risk, and Investigations).
Position Responsibilities


  • Serve as a primary point of contact for wire operations including managing incoming calls and responding efficiently to customer inquiries (oral and written) while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Monitors wire flow to identify and remediate issues impacting straight through processing.
  • Performs tasks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., sanction screening, travel rule) and internal procedures.
  • Generates reporting to measure quality, productivity, and adherence to service levels.
  • Support management team in the day-to-day operations including all aspects of wire processing, sanction screening, and customer service.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
  • Collaborates with other departments to provide the necessary support and action to fulfill broader group goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for working in conjunction with the Production Support team on minor to major system implementation and production issues.
  • Responsible for escalating issues to Management timely.
  • Responsible for identifying process improvements and working in conjunction with management on implementation.
  • Must demonstrate efficient time management skills to ensure all projects and deadlines are met without compromising accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to maintain composure during stressful situations.


Position Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of experience in an operations environment
  • 3 years of customer service experience

Work Best Category: Category B - 3-4 days in office on designated days/1-2 days remote Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday Salary: To Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
