Fleet Operations Intern

Job Summary

The goal of the internship is to update, standardize, and improve the usability of AITX's Customer Care Manuals (CCMs) for all lessees. By doing so, we aim to ensure that the manuals accurately reflect current maintenance specifications, car preferences, and any other lessee-specific requirements. This will help improve internal efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Job Duties

1. Audit and Inventory:
   • Compile a comprehensive inventory of all existing CCMs.
   • Identify inconsistencies, outdated information, and missing data.
   • Document all findings in a clear and concise format.
2. Standardized Template Development:
   • Work with the Fleet Operations and Customer Support teams to create a standardized CCM format.
   • Ensure the template accommodates all critical lessee-specific data fields, including maintenance preferences and car specifications.
   • Make the template user-friendly for both internal staff and lessees.

1. Content Updates:
   • Update all CCMs using the standardized template.
   • Cross-reference lessee agreements, historical data, and maintenance records to ensure accuracy.
   • Highlight any gaps or ambiguities that require follow-up with internal departments or lessees.
2. Future Data Collection Methods:
   • Develop a suggested data collection process for all future customer updates.
   • Recommend proper timing for information collection, such as during the annual maintenance review or at the start of new lease agreements.
   • Create a documented procedure for updating CCMs with newly collected information, ensuring the manuals remain accurate and up to date.
3. Accessibility and Organization Improvements:
   • Propose a logical organization structure for accessing CCMs already stored in company systems.
   • Develop a brief training guide or quick-reference sheet for staff who need to retrieve CCM information.

Experience

• High School Degree
• Pursuing higher education in business, logistics or similar field
• Experience with Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, word, etc)
