This position is a critical role responsible for divisional Supply Chain FP&A and reports to the Sr Manager, Supply Chain Finance Snacks FP&A. The role will be responsible for supporting Snacks Supply chain Financial Planning and Management Reporting - this includes monthly closing, consolidation and reporting of COPS financial results, projections, and metrics, as well as the development of monthly COPS presentation materials. This role will have significant interaction with the Supply Chain finance leadership team (including the SVP SC Finance, AVP SC Financial Planning and Analysis, AVP Manufacturing Finance), and other senior leaders across the enterprise. What you will do... * Supports the tracking of Snacks COPS and Total Delivered Costs (TDC) * Manage timelines and deliverables for the Integrated Business Planning process including Strategic Planning, development of Annual Operating Plans, and monthly projections and tracking of results * Provide actionable insights to the business partners and Supply chain Leadership team. * Completion of monthly business reporting presentation for Snacks COPS; review information with the AVP Finance and Snacks Leadership Team * Role also provides strategic financial thought leadership on large SC projects for the Snacks division. Utilize information across the SC Finance COE to analyze and recommend actions necessary to drive impact for the division. * Oversight of data and metrics to support Enterprise SC finance Scorecards * Advance dashboards and data visualization reporting for the SC finance team * Drive Continuous Improvement & Problem Identification: Identify and recommend appropriate courses of action improve processes. * Accounting & Control:Maintain and continually improve strong internal controls that ensure company assets are adequately safeguarded always.This includes month end reporting, analysis of results and drivers of change bridges. * Ad Hoc/Special Projects as needed * Investment decision support for Corporate led initiatives regarding Supply Chain What you will bring to the table... * Must have a strong understanding of Financial Statements, financial consolidation process and be able to handle tight deadlines with high accuracy * Position requires a strong analytical mindset; strong collaboration skills and excellent problem solving capabilities * Position is required to interact with all levels of management from CFO to divisional financial leads and be able to interpret and communicate financial results as needed * Must be flexible, organized and capable of performing multiple tasks; comfortable working under strict deadlines; ability to be clear on priorities and to shift between tasks on short notice * Responsible for ensuring accurate, complete and timely recording of financial transactions resulting from specific Sales-initiated activities per CSC standards and best practices. * Communicate effectively cross functionally and within finance. * Design and implement process and systems enhancements to drive efficiencies and enhance visibility and controls. * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance, * 6+ years finance experience: preference with CPG related with Supply Chain Finance experience * MBA and/or CPA preferred * Strong analytical skills; fluent in data analytics applications such as: Tableau and PowerBI * Strong knowledge of MS Office Excel and PowerPoint * SAP and EPM experience preferred * Ability to identify, design and implement financial reporting & analysis process improvements * Excellent business partner and thought leader with superior analytical abilities * Ability to develop an overall monthly/quarterly consolidated closing/reporting plan, coupled with the tactical skills to implement the plan * Ability to work successfully at a Fortune 500 company in a matrix environment * Executive presence, exudes calm confidence and control under pressure * Ensures credible, actionable, high impact recommendations
Working Conditions * This position will work in a company headquarter (Camden, NJ) 3 days a week * Travel as needed (10-15%) to company meetings, company training, customer meetings, and other regions as business needs demand Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $105,300-$151,300
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
