As aProduction Associateyou will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them. Your work will directly affect people's lives! Primary Responsibilities Follow established procedures and guidelines to form a variety of simple, manual tasks that form part of a production process. Load materials into production machines. Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment. Inspect raw materials and finished product for quality. Remove, pack, and sort raw materials or finished products. Collect, and dispose of garbage and production waste according to the organization's waste removal and recycling policies. Clean production equipment and work areas. Qualifications Able to repeatedly lift up to 50lbs within a scheduled shift. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods. Proven history as being reliable and consistent with following attendance policies. Mechanically inclined with math and troubleshooting skills. Can make independent decision that follow company policies and procedures.
