Travel & Expense Manager

Position Summary:

Milacron is looking for a Travel & Expense Manager to join our team in Batavia, OH. As a Travel & Expense Manager, you will oversee the corporate travel, expense, and fleet operations across our North American and global manufacturing footprint. This role is crucial in maintaining cost-efficient, policy-compliant, and service-focused programs that support the dynamic needs of our manufacturing and field service teams.

Work You'll Do:

• Oversee Milacron's corporate travel & expense (T&E) policy, ensuring alignment with global standards and operational requirements.

• Administer and optimize the T&E management system (SAP Concur) and monitor expense reports, performing audits and providing spend analysis.

• Partner with procurement to manage travel vendor contracts and maintain vendor relationships with leasing and fuel providers.

• Train employees on T&E policies and tools, driving cost reduction and process optimization.

• Manage Milacron's corporate fleet across manufacturing sites and field teams, ensuring lifecycle management including acquisition, maintenance, and disposal.

• Oversee safety training and compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.

• Use data tools to analyze costs and utilization and collaborate on ESG goals for fleet sustainability.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in travel & expense and/or fleet management in manufacturing environment

• Proficiency with SAP Concur and fleet management tools.

• Budget management and cost-saving experience.
