Create Insight-led Brand Building Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of macro trends, consumer and shopper insights, and the competitive landscape to create strategies to grow the brand and the category. Partner with consumer and shopper insights to inform foundational brand documents, address strategic knowledge gaps and create learning plans that inform marketing plans. Develop Integrated Marketing Objectives: Effectively collaborate with integrated marketing partners to own and develop communications briefs that align strategic business objectives with consumer activations and advertising across various channels, including social media, digital platforms, traditional media, PR, shopper marketing, and omnichannel/ecommerce platforms. AOP Strategy and Story Development Leadership: Lead the creation of the annual operating plan in close partnership with the Goldfish marketing & cross-functional team, building an inspiring story to share with our field sales counterparts. Build Next Gen Limited Edition Strategy: Create the future concept and product pipeline for best-in-class Goldfish limited edition offerings that bring attention to the brand, advance our brand ambition, and drive volume to the core. Lead cross-functional teams through the stages of concept development, stage gating, and commercialization. Set & Manage Brand Budget: Build and manage the advertising and commercial (A&C) budget that supports business and brand goals, tracking and making strategic recommendations for how to maximize the return on each dollar invested in the brand. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with insights, integrated marketing, R&D, sales, finance, supply chain, and other teams to ensure successful execution of plans. Develop compelling sell-in stories and materials to engage key stakeholders. Team Management and Development: Manage and develop a Sr. Associate Brand Manager. Support team members across different categories or marketing projects when necessary.

Compensation and Benefits: The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between $137,000-$197,000
Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
