Industrial Maintenance Mechanic- Day Shift-12hr Rotating

• Carry out a range of tasks to install and maintain production machinery along with the facility's equipment.
• Responsible for machine setup, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Provides emergency and unscheduled repairs on production equipment during operations, as well as scheduled maintenance during machine servicing.
• Prepares and configures machinery for upcoming production runs. Utilizes mechanical skills, including but not limited to mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting and repairs for packaging and production machines.
• Conducts electrical troubleshooting and repairs across various equipment, along with general building maintenance.
• Interprets equipment manuals and work orders to deliver necessary maintenance and service.
• Diagnoses issues, replaces or repairs parts, and performs tests and adjustments as needed.
• Employs a range of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in carrying out duties.
• Safely operates and repairs forklifts, adhering to safety regulations and ensuring work areas remain clean and organized.

• Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screenings is required. -
• Must be capable of performing key job functions with or without accommodations. -
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic or technician in a manufacturing setting is necessary.
• - Experience and training in electrical systems, including 480 3-phase and machine controls, is essential; familiarity with VFD drives and PLCs is preferred. -
• A solid understanding of manufacturing methods and process improvement initiatives is required. -
• Experience with operating forklift equipment is necessary. -
• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential. -
• A commitment to safety and ongoing personal and professional development is expected. -
• Must successfully complete training programs as specified by management.
