Service Now Agent

Summary

This position will answer, direct, and handle all calls from guests. The Service Now Agent will also serve as a liaison between guests and departments to solve any issues that arise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Must be able to handle multiple phone lines
• Answers, directs and handles all emergency phone calls
• Handle guest requests and inquiries
• Telephone food ordering for in-room dining
• Serve as a liaison between guests and departments to solve any issues that arise
• Credit card/cash handling
• Other various tasks
• Will be cross-trained to work at the front desk

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years customer service experience within an upscale luxury environment
• Must be available to work all shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• All candidates must be fluent in verbal and written English
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate typing

Preferred Qualifications

• OPERA experience a plus
• Knowledge of MICROS preferred
• Knowledge of Forbes Standards
• Speaking a second language is preferred but not required

Wage Rate: $31.02/hour
