Job Details -
Responsibilities - Provide a great candidate experience with a compelling "executive presence". - Reach out to candidates using our specified methods, timing, and reporting. - Source and scout potential talent using key-word searches, social networking, and research tools. - Conduct an intake meeting with every hiring manager to understand all facets of the role you are filling. - Conduct a high volume of phone screens to reach our "interested" candidates. - Schedule interviews for management with a consistent high show rate. - Manage the candidate experience through the Applicant Tracking System and automation. - Share delight and excitement with candidates about the role and company! - Be an active participant on the Talent Acquisition team in idea sharing and team building. Qualifications - 2 years of recruiting experience required. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Ability to communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills. - Ability to work closely with Hiring Managers to determine their needs/expectations. - Ability to manage multiple high priority searches. - A strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity.
