OVERVIEW: The Senior Manager, Investigations, is responsible for leading the global investigations program at General Mills. This critical role requires a highly experienced professional with a proven track record in conducting and managing complex corporate investigations, particularly in areas of fraud and ethics & compliance. This leader will directly manage select investigations while providing indirect leadership and mentorship to a globally distributed team of investigators. This role will involve the ability to leverage technology to continue to evolve the program and to protect the company's assets and reputation. This role will also require clear and concise reporting to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executive leadership. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Salary Range The salary range for this position is $124200.00 - $186400.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role.
