Weichert Insurance Agency is hiring an Administrative Support Associate at its Morris Plains, NJ corporate headquarters. This is a hybrid role. The Administrative Support Associate is responsible for answering phones, opening and distributing mail and checks, as well as retrieving carrier mail. In addition, this position manages the inventory and ordering of Agency supplies. The position also handles mailing of marketing letters to clients and assists with the setup of new hires and employee moves. The position is also responsible for providing as needed administrative support to the Agency. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

The estimated base salary range for this position is from $35,000 to $45,000 (annually). The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon several factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, education, work experience, job location/geographic region, and/or certifications.
