Summary:

The Mental Health Worker will perform random urine toxicology collection activities.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients in a courteous manner

Supervise urine toxicology samples

Ensure all drug screen specimens are collected accurately and on time

Collect specimens according to established procedures

Complete chain of custody forms accurately

Submit supporting documentation electronically

Package specimens for transport

Maintain required records & documentation

* Provide administrative support including filing faxing documents preparing & distributing mail and compilating statistics & data for reporting

    Other information:

    High School diploma or equivalent required

    Ability to read & comprehend instructions medication/physician order sheets short correspondence and memos

    Oral & written communication skills including speech grammar spelling and legibility are at a sufficient level to ensure effective & appropriate communication

    Ability to access emergency resources

    Ability to complete all required training & certifications
