Job Title: Product Manager Location: Remote Duration: 11-month Hours: M-F 8am - 5pm local time zone with some flexibility needed Resource's typical working day: We are building out features and functionality in the project Actively managing project backlog Feedback from working sessions surrounding the project Working with the development team Host a stand-up meeting to talk through where team is at Executive communication Project status Taking this through internal client's approval processes Will need to be work within and help forecast budget Will need to be able to communicate status of project within budget Years of Experience needed: 5+ years Level of Education: H.S. diploma with applicable experience Systems/Software proficiencies: JIRA Azure DevOps preferred Scrum experience Certifications/Licenses: n/a Top Must have Skills: Good communication skills - Need to be able to communicate well with technical and non-technical team members - Able to drive down to actionable processes especially with stake holders - Able to manager a maintain a process for workflow Top Nice to have Skills: Agile experience Service Now Experience in project based software Experience working with a virtual team Experience working with offshore resources Experience with commercial real estate Interview Process: 1 round virtual interview (Teams) Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to manage a SuperZoom data quality project. This individual will be responsible for driving the project's success, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a mix of product management and project management experience and have prior experience working remotely on a virtual team. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute project plans, including resource allocation and timelines * Formalize backlog processes and prioritize features for development * Communicate project status and progress to executive stakeholders * Manage project in ServiceNow, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting * Oversee the Cloudgate process for compliance and regulatory requirements * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs * Analyze project metrics and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in product management and/or project management * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Experience with project management tools, such as ServiceNow * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Previous experience working on a virtual team * Agile experience preferred
