IT REQUIRES A COMPUTER WITH WINDOWS 11 PRO OR A MAC OS 13 OR HIGHER* *BACHELOR DEGREE REQUIRED* *SECOND SHIFT: 2PM- 10PM MONDAY - FRIDAY + OVERTIME SATURDAY OFFERED 12PM-4PM * *PAY RATE: $18/HR, OVERTIME RATE: $27/HR* *NYC, NY, MUST TRAIN ON SITE FOR 1 WEEK AND THEN YOU WILL BE 100% REMOTE (YOU ARE ALLOWED TO STAY ON SITE IF YOU WOULD LIKE)* *Qualifications:* * Bachelors Degree required * Microsoft Office proficient * Excellent communication skills and email communication skills *Description* -Provide customer service to registered shareholders through inbound and outbound call lists. -Educate shareholders on various corporate actions, board and shareholder proposals and voting options. -Track and monitor outstanding issues and provide clients with timely updates. -Log information into Access Database -Assist in the development of campaign themes to ensure the proper narrative is being communicated. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
