Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Project Technician to support our Industrial Wastewater Services team based in Plainville, Connecticut. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with a background in wastewater treatment system operations, preventative maintenance, repair, and supervision. You'll play a key role in organizing, planning, and executing a variety of field projects while working closely with clients and internal teams.

What You'll Do
- Organize and execute field projects, including staffing, scheduling, and material/equipment procurement
- Develop work plans and standard operating procedures in collaboration with Technical Associates
- Manage assigned milestones of ongoing projects
- Communicate scope and objectives clearly to task/project leads
- Serve as a secondary point of contact with the client and ensure client coordination
- Prepare project field equipment, deliverables, and proposals for review
- Reinforce commitment to Project Lifecycle Management System (PLMS) with team members

What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in wastewater treatment system operation, maintenance, repair, and supervision
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident; must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, hiking, and standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time.
- Mobility control of hands to setup equipment and operate tools.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proper use of personal protective equipment.
