The role
Being an Analyst at Palladium is your entry to a fulfilling and exciting career in the International Development industry. Our Analysts learn the key foundations of winning and delivering international and humanitarian aid projects in key areas of education, infrastructure, economic growth, employment and skills, natural capital and human development.
Analysts at Palladium are set up for success through their inclusion in our Early Career Program, a 12-18-month immersive experience which provides the optimal onboarding journey, setting the stage for a successful and impactful career within both the international development sector and Palladium globally. Additionally, you will have access to an enviable professional development and training program, and work with like-minded professionals and experts who are passionate about making a difference during a time of growth and opportunity in the international development industry within APAC.

About you
With a passion for the International Development sector, you will have the ability to adapt to ever-changing and fast-paced situations. With financial and commercial acumen, you are highly proficient in MS Excel and have the ability to build long-standing relationships and work collaboratively in teams and with clients.
