Day to day responsibilities: * Customer Interaction: Manage large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner. * Problem Solving: Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions. * Follow Scripts: Use call center scripts to handle different topics effectively. Qualifications: * Education: High school diploma or equivalent. * Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred. * Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening, familiarity with CRM systems, and the ability to multi-task. * Attributes: Customer-focused, adaptable to different personality types, and able to manage time effective *Logistics:* * *Must be open to working on-site in South Phoenix, AZ.* * *Must be open to any shift between 5a-7p Monday-Friday.* * *OT opportunity available!* * *Weekly pay!* * *Start date: May 9th!* Please apply with your resume to be considered for this opportunity. #customerservice *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $22.68 - $22.68/hr.
