Seeking experienced call center agents to help support a childcare support/benefits services company!
*Description* * Handle inbound calls from company's employees in need of child care options; handle outbound calls to internal networks to help find solutions for child care * Support "Back Up Care" team where they can help employees with any emergency or last-minute needs for childcare * Maintain systems knowledge and educate employees on the various childcare options that fit their needs *Skills & Qualifications* * Minimum 1 year of any customer service experience handling calls; call center preferred * Proficient in basic Microsoft Outlook and basic computer skills; ability to learn new systems * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * High school diploma or equivalent required *Pay: *$18.75/HR (weekly pay) *Start Date: *May 12th *Hours of Operation: *M-F 8am-9pm; Sat-Sun 8am-5pm (Must be open for a 40 hour work week between these hours and days) *Location: *Westminster, CO 80020 *REMOTE WITH RESTRICTIONS: *The 4 weeks of training is* onsite* in Westminster, however after training is complete and you are a good standing employee, you will be allowed to work remotely. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
