Job Summary:

Qlarant is seeking a dedicated and strategic Regional Manager to join our team on a full-time, regular basis. This position will be responsible for coaching at least four assessors and overseeing specific deliverables as assigned, ensuring quality and performance. This role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage multiple tasks and lead a team to success. Your primary duties will include developing and implementing technical assistance to our customers, fostering client relationships, and managing deliverables. You will also be expected to support training deliverables and other review activities based on the needs of the Georgia contract. The Regional Manager will report directly to the Georgia Director and will play a key role in shaping the future of Qlarant in Georgia. This management-level position is GA Home Based and involves up to 50% travel. The job duration is regular/at-will, reflecting the ongoing commitment we seek from our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of success in management and the ability to adapt to the evolving needs of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include some or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.



  • Reviews project proposal or plan to determine period, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
  • Develops and maintains relationships, and is the primary contact for stakeholder concerns.
  • Assists in the development/design solution for improvement of internal processes and staff development.
  • Provides updates and oral presentations for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
  • Ensures the products meet quality standards.
  • Develops and utilizes management tools to monitor contract performance, deliverables, and quality of work.
  • Ensures all deliverables are completed in a timely and efficient manner and as deemed acceptable by the customer.
  • Assists and supports the development and implementation of internal and external training to stakeholders.
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
  • Provides leadership and helps develop leadership skills in reviewers.
  • Protects and maintains the privacy of associate personnel records, including compensation

Required Experience

Education and/or Experience



  • Master's degree and four years' experience in the field preferred.
  • Bachelors with experience working with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities required.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a management role within a relevant industry preferred
