ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Market Research Manager, Azure Infrastructure to deliver high-impact, actionable insights to the Cloud Infrastructure and Operational Databases marketing teams. We are looking for candidates with relevant experience, but nobody checks every box. If you don't think you meet all the requirements but are interested in the job, please apply. We focus on impact and prioritize a growth mindset (seeing gaps in knowledge as opportunities to learn).In this role, you will:Learn about and build knowledge of our commercial cloud offerings and strategic goals.Develop and grow relationships with product marketing teams to build an understanding of research needs and translate insights into actions.Frame business needs into research objectives, hypotheses, projects, and programs.Design and manage research across a portfolio aligned to business objectives using different research approaches such as qualitative, quantitative, social intelligence, and/or analytical techniques.Work closely with an ecosystem of market research, data analytics, and consulting agencies.Synthesize insights across multiple data sources to generate insights and craft recommendations.Collaborate with the Research + Insights team to look across data sources and tools to bring relevant insights to our stakeholders.Apply emerging AI tools in research to inform business decisions.Communicate insights to and collaborate with a diverse group of business partners and research teams across Microsoft.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values |
