SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES It is the responsibility of the Senior Product Specialist/Pricing Manager to take ownership of all tasks and challenges they encounter in the operation of their assigned position. The role is a critical support function of new Commercial and Corporate Specialty business supporting the Commercial and Middle Market Lines of Business requiring frequent interaction with Executive and Senior level management. It is both tactical and strategic in nature with significant collaboration within the LOB team as well as other departments of the bank including Marketing and Communication ("MarCom"), Information Technology, Finance, Consumer Banking and the Correspondent Division. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing reports for all credit channels related to all Commercial banking teams.
- Provide pricing and profitability reporting to ALCO and Executive Management.
- Conduct peer research to provide insight into recommended pricing changes.
- Assess economic and industry trends to inform pricing strategy.
- Act as liaison with pricing tool administrators to ensure proper and accurate inputs.
- Support the Equipment Finance Group with debt package analysis, portfolio analysis, as well as risk and pricing analysis.
- Provide EFG reporting for tracking and compliance purposes.
- Provide support and reporting for the Government and Not for Profit Division.
- Provide high level strategic analysis and reporting for the Commercial Bank
- Develop Industry analysis and communication content for distribution to appropriate Commercial Bank team members.
- Assist with the development and integration of the Commercial Banks pricing model into the nCino workflow.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance, Business or other related field or equivalent work experience (Graduate Degree encouraged)
- Experience: 10 + Years of Banking/Capital Markets experience
- Knowledge: Very strong interpersonal skills, proficient computer skills, ability to multitask and prioritize projects
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES
- On the job training and any additional training as needed. Required annual compliance training.
