64848 OC Business Title: Maintenance Technician Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Code(s): Revision Date: 9/17/2025 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the reliability performance, repair, and maintenance of mechanical devices in the plant, including but not limited to pneumatic and hydraulic devices. Additionally, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for the repair and maintenance of electrical devices consistent with the outlined experience below. This employee functions as a subject matter expert which includes reacting to process and equipment issues through troubleshooting, preventative and predictive maintenance, as well as elimination of special cause variation. This individual is expected to be a culture ambassador, exhibit a strong sense of our safety identity, as well as driving quality and optimizing plant efficiency. Rate of Pay: + $33.00/hr. with a $0.50 night shift differential Reports to: Maintenance Leader Schedule: Rotating shifts. Schedules will rotate between nights and days every 28 days. Dayshift: 6:45am - 7:00pm Nightshift: 6:45pm - 7:00am Weekly Schedule follows a 2-2-3 pattern: Week 1: Work 2 days, off 2 days, then work 3 days. Week 2: Off 2 days, work 2 days, then off 3 days.
