Genesis10 is currently seeking a Business Execution Consultant with our client in the financial Industry located in Chalotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Lead the evaluation and resolution of complex business execution challenges Develop detailed requirements and build test plans to support Agile initiatives Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable business and technical requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables align with project goals Conduct data research and analysis using SQL across various platforms Work within Agile frameworks, participating in story building and sprint planning Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning (or equivalent via work, education, military, or consulting experience) Proficiency in Agile methodology, test plan creation, requirements gathering Strong SQL skills (Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server, Hadoop) Hands-on experience with Jira for Agile project tracking Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders Pay Range: $50-60 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
