Job Description

This role offers a rate of $22.00 per hour at this location. The compensation is fixed and does not vary based on qualifications.

We are seeking a qualified Help Desk Intern for our corporate office. You will work with an excellent corporate team, as well as with outstanding employees and managers throughout our locations inthe U.S.As a Help Desk Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providingtechnical assistance and support related to hardware, software, networking, and othercomputer-relatedtechnologies
  • Providinggood customer service and support in a timely and professionalmanner
  • Documenting troubleshooting steps in ticketing software
  • Evaluatingand troubleshooting IT issues thatarise
Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to:

  • Have excellent customer serviceskills.
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Show experience with Windows operating systems, Office 365, and general desktop applications
  • Demonstrate the ability tomulti-task
  • Have the ability to lift and/or carry up to 35 lbs

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Networking experience on a LAN/WAN environment
  • Windows 10/11 skills
