Senior Business Analyst

DSA is looking to hire a results-oriented solving and communication skills to work with the team.

Candidates should have the experience with the following:

* Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems.

* Provides documentation of current and future state processes.

* Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.

* Support Quality Assurance Test Team to analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues.

• Own project deliverables, timeline, and success criteria, in collaboration with internal analytics partners, business stakeholders, and management.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technical business and system needs, translate those needs into actionable requirements, test criteria, scenarios, and monitoring.

Minimum Requirement:

• 3 + years of experience coordinating, managing, and leading projects to successful completion.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously leveraging agile project methodology.
• Proficient in Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence).
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with creating requirements management plans, SQL, Excel, and Java Framework
• Bachelor's degree
