Job Summary

To be successful in this role you must have 10+ years of experience in the Fragrance industry, understand what it takes to develop a regional - category - brand strategy to deliver accelerated growth coupled with the ability and experience and successful track-record to drive a project from initial brief to a winning theme in the market then you could be our next Regional Account Manager!

You will be accountable for general management of external and internal relationships, including sales team, leadership, people development and stewardship of the day-to-day operating functions for the markets of responsibility.

  • Recommending and implementing comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Developing and nurturing strong client relationships, understanding needs and provide solutions.
  • Understanding customer's ecosystem including activities, strategies, brands, markets, consumers.
  • Monitoring relevant industry insights in the West and market movement to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Driving and leading projects and collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure the success of project implementations
  • Preparing and presenting regular performance reports
  • Recommending innovative solutions and improvements of processes in New York

Required Skills

  • Strong preference for candidates with US Market and Category Experience
  • Bachelor's degree,.
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and coordinate activities with internal support team and customers.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, companies, technology, and displays passion for fragrance.
  • Knowledge of Body Care market and related trends preferred.
  • Confident, dynamic, and enthusiastic professional with ability to generate trust by delivering on commitments
  • Possess the ability to lead multi-cultural teams.
  • IT acumen and ability to leverage big data points to enhance regional strategic account plan, commercial performance, and customer engagement
  • Preferred experience working with multi-national companies within a global team.
  • Candidates from Commercial, Marketing, Scent Design and Category Leadership roles will be considered.
C ompensation ($155,000 - $200,000) is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and location.

Salary Ranges:

$155,100.00 - $288,000.00
