Summary of This Role
Serves as a Business Partner at the segment or division level to: Assist with the implementation of corporate human resource policies at the segment or division level. Facilitates organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. Resolves employee relations issues through a systematic approach. Assist senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development. Assists in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., employee engagement, salary reviews, bonus awards, equity grants, workforce planning, and organizational changes). Provides feedback and insight to corporate level HR functions.
What Part Will You Play?
Acts as a strategic partner by embedding corporate HR strategy into day-to-day work and providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the business Cultivates networks with people across a variety of functions and locations within the organization; Interacts mainly with BU head(s) to set priorities and provide strategic direction on all HR initiatives Guides the direction of Global Payments' HR programs and services by evaluating key metrics and analyzing trends to inform strategic decisions for the business in support of organizational objectives Manages the people implications of change and provides expertise in the identification, development, and implementation of best practices and process improvements for effectiveness Analyzes problems and process breakdowns to identify and communicate opportunities to improve processes and practices; Implements or supports implementation of new ideas Contributes to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes Ensures a high level of organizational effectiveness through ongoing performance management, organizational design, analysis and implementation, change management and talent assessments Assists the business with Merger and Acquisition activities and may lead complex, high impact/ cross functional projects May act in "Lead" capacity coordinating the work of other HRBPs and/or include responsibility for at least 1 HR Center Of Excellence (COE) to include recruiting, payroll or benefits
What Are We Looking For in This Role?
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role, preferably within technology or financial services Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and fostering collaboration.
