Job Description

The Senior Manager - Infrastructure Delivery leads a high-performing team within IaaS Systems and Storage & Engineering (ISSE) to develop, deploy, and maintain cutting-edge infrastructure services. This role requires strong leadership, innovation in process transformation, and a strategic mindset focused on delivering quality, cost-effective IT infrastructure at scale in a complex enterprise environment. In addition, the ideal candidate will champion Agile delivery methods, cultivate new talent, and leverage GenAI capabilities to continually evolve the organization's infrastructure strategy.

Key Responsibilities

*Lead the delivery of infrastructure services including hardware, Linux, Windows,hypervisors, containers, networking, SAN storage, cabling, rack design, andpower provisioning in data centers.

*Drive operational excellence by implementing innovative, automated processes and procedures that reduce costs, accelerate timelines, and guarantee high-quality deployments.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Security, Cloud,

Procurement, and others) to ensure end-to-end delivery alignment, while

identifying new service opportunities to expand the team's scope.

*Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, understanding their objectives and

recommending infrastructure solutions that address evolving business needs.

*Oversee budget planning, vendor relationships, and procurement processes to

optimize resource utilization and cost efficiencies.

*Implement Agile principles using Jira (or equivalent tools) to manage projects, tasks, backlogs, and sprints for maximum transparency and team productivity.

*Establish and maintain robust training and mentoring programs, developing

future talent and instilling best practices in infrastructure delivery.

*Integrate GenAI capabilities to support predictive analytics, capacity planning,

issue resolution, and continuous improvement across infrastructure deployment processes.

*Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to corporate policies,

regulations, and industry standards.

Leadership & Team Development

*Provide visionary leadership with a focus on continuous improvement,

fostering an environment of accountability and professional growth within the team.

*Mentor and guide team members, offering clear career progression paths and

upskilling opportunities in emerging technologies (containers, cloud platforms,automation tools, etc.).

*Encourage a customer-first mindset, ensuring that day-to-day operations and

strategic initiatives alike are aligned with internal and external customer satisfaction.

*Champion the adoption of new technologies and best practices, leading

transformation initiatives to keep the team at the forefront of infrastructure

innovation.

*Experience incorporating artificial intelligence (e.g., GenAI) into infrastructure

or operational workflows.

*Demonstrated success driving strategic initiatives that align with

organizational goals, reduce complexity, and enable scalability in rapidly

changing environments.

*Certifications in Agile, ITIL, or relevant technical fields (e.g., VMware, Red Hat,

Cisco) are advantageous.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

*8+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 11+ years of

relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

*9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or

more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters,

MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD

*Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

field.

*Proven experience leading infrastructure delivery teams in large, complex

enterprise environments.

*Proficiency in hardware (servers, racks, power), Linux, Windows OS,

hypervisors, containers, networking technologies, SAN storage architectures,

and data center cabling concepts.

*Demonstrated success in applying Agile methodologies and effectively utilizing

Jira for project and release management.

*Solid understanding of procurement processes, vendor management, and

contract negotiations.

*Strong track record of customer-focused innovation, process transformation,

and cost reduction.

*Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to influence and

drive cross-functional collaboration at all levels.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 152,200.00 to 220,850.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
