Job Title: Program/Project Management Specialist (Active DoD Secret) Duration: 12+ months Location: Clearfield, UT 84016 (On-site) Shift: 1st Shift (9/80A) - 7:30-5:30 Payrate range: $55-$70/hr. on W2 without benefits Must have: Bachelor's Degree. Must be comfortable working Onsite. Experience with Earned Value Management Systems, Financial forecasting. Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM). Job Description: The Program Control Analyst will interface with the program managers, functional management, and cost account managers (CAMs) to provide financial and administrative support and analysis to meet program requirements. Candidate will contribute valuable experience and knowledge with Earned Value and performance measurement baseline concepts and be able to apply them to multiple contracts for control accounts within an engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT). The Program Planning Scheduling Analyst prepares, develops and coordinates the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives. Ability to use financial systems, to learn basic understanding of EVMS principles and hands on cost performance reporting/analysis skills. Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity. Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques. Support preparation of budgets, schedules, and ETC/EAC; perform and/or assist in financial performance analyses and visibility reporting. Assist in the preparation and submittal of monthly CDRLs such as IPMR. Incorporate baseline changes into EVM system while utilizing Deltek Cobra, SAP/S4, wInsight, Tableau/PowerBI, and MS Excel/Project/PowerPoint. Required Skills: Experience with Earned Value Management Systems, Financial forecasting. Experience in Government Contracting with Earned Value Management (EVM). Experience with Business systems (SAP, Cobra) and using Cobra in a Government Earned Value Management rhythm. Financial forecasting experience with EVMS or government cost reporting. Preferred Qualifications for Program Planning Scheduling Analyst OR Program Control Analyst: Aerospace/Defense Industry experience. Excel Macro/VBA Skills. Experience in Deltek Cobra. Experience in Deltek Acumen Risk. Experience with the AOP (annual operating plan) and LRSP (long range strategic plan) processes. Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR.
