Implement and support digitalization initiatives within the engineering team. Drive continuous improvement by introducing innovative, cost-saving ideas. Develop and implement global and local engineering processes. Coordinate BIM execution plans and ensure adherence during project execution. Administer and maintain business-managed software and engineering tools. Provide training and support for team members on processes and tools. Lead BIM coordination meetings and manage project data sets. Mentor project teams in using BIM authoring tools effectively.
Your background
Associate Degree in Engineering Drafting/CAD with at least 3 years of experience. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks. Strong experience in BIM coordination and methodologies. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
