Our client is looking for a Consumer Messaging Strategy Manager to join their team.
This is a full-time (40 hrs/week), 12 month assignment requiring to be in office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays (WFH on Monday and Friday). REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years experience developing/tracking B2C messaging programs - Expert in enterprise self-service messaging platforms - Experience with messaging campaign management tools RESPONSIBILITIES: - Create strategic briefs tailored to specific goals or initiatives, including testing and campaign efforts, in coordination Team Lead - Analyze data to uncover trends and generate insights to inform and refine messaging approaches, using a deep understanding of various channels and how to leverage them - Understand business objectives and how messaging can support and influence them - Collaborate with Messaging Operations to ensure established standards and brand guidelines are maintained - Partner with cross-functional teams to execute cohesive, impactful messaging strategies and experiences - Build strong relationships within the team, while influencing and contributing with concrete recommendations and next steps The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $95.00-$125.00 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements.
