Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities:

* Lead agile transformation initiatives and ensure adherence to agile principles and practices.

* Oversee the implementation of Agile PLM processes to enhance project efficiency.

* Provide guidance and support to teams in adopting agile methodologies.

* Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups sprint planning and retrospectives.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

* Monitor and track project progress identifying and addressing any impediments.

* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

* Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders.

* Develop and maintain agile metrics to measure team performance and project success.

* Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance team members agile skills.

* Support the team in achieving high-quality deliverables within the specified timelines.

* Drive the adoption of best practices in agile project management.

* Ensure that the teams work aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

* Possess a deep understanding of Agile Methodologies and their application in real-world scenarios.

* Have extensive experience with Agile PLM and AGILE tools and techniques.

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of the Payer domain and its specific requirements.

* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

* Show a proven track record of successfully leading agile projects and teams.

* Have the ability to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage day shift responsibilities effectively.

* Display a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
