ResponsibilitiesCloud VirtualizationHas foundational knowledge and work experience with technologies to ensure seamless cloud infrastructure operations.NetworkingUnderstands networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, VPNs, Proxy etc.)Implement networking solutions that enable reliability and scalability across public and private cloud platforms.Development and DesignContributes to development by engaging in coding, design reviews. Leverages these experiences and telemetry data to suggest and build improvements to specific product components.Incident ManagementResponds to on-call incidents by assessing impact, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex or widespread problems to other engineers; documents resolutions through post-mortems and review meetings.TelemetryRead, write, configure, and implement end-to-end service telemetry, smart alerting, and self-healing capabilities for platforms.CollaborationAbility to exercise cross-team co-operation and influence. | |
