We are looking for an Associate Producer II for our client, a tech company in Culver City, CA. Details: 12-month W2 contract Hybrid (Onsite Tues/Wed/Thurs) in Culver City The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $ $40.00 - $42.89 per hour. The Associate Producer advances design efforts by working with Senior Producers as a key contributor across numerous projects and initiatives to drive the launch of new features and capabilities. This is a role for a problem solver and a task manager who wants to have their hands, mind, and heart in several things at once, and is proactively looking for gaps to fill. The Associate Producer is the key contributor behind the Sports & TV Product Design team keeping the wheels on the track and maintaining momentum across all initiatives. Key Qualifications 2+ years as a producer within software design or at an agency. Basic understanding of UX/UI ideation, execution, and delivery processes. Experience with project management software. Has a knack for learning new tools and applying them to optimize team efficiency. Meticulous attention to detail and top-notch organization skills. Shown ability to meet deadlines and get results while juggling many projects and priorities. A compelling desire to deliver innovative and exceptional Human Interface design to our customers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and ability to adapt to constant change. Experience working across multi-disciplinary teams (Design, Product, Engineering, and others) BA/BS or equivalent experience Experience working in the entertainment space highly preferred The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $ $40.00 - $42.89 per hour.
