Job Description:

The Brand Marketing Associate (Pharma) will supporting the Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Pharma) with various strategic and operational tasks within the Pharma Marketing organization at Nestle Health Science USA. This role involves overseeing the preparation and evaluation of materials for PRC review, coordinating and managing the annual Brand planning process and developing reports to monitor sample supply and allocations for the field. This role also includes maintaining brand budget reports, coordinating marketing submissions for the Sales playbook and analyzing initial data from website analytics vendors.

Finally, the Brand Marketing Associate will collaborate with internal stakeholders from departments such as Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance and Supply Chain to ensure the efficient execution of marketing operations to ensure the overall success of Nestle Health Science USA. This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey/Tri-State area, Long Island, New York, Chicago, Illinois and/or within the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida areas.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Oversight

* Oversee PRC Review Process: Lead the preparation and evaluation of materials for PRC review, ensuring strategic alignment and compliance.
* Coordinate Annual Brand Planning: Direct the annual brand planning process, working with internal stakeholders from MAX, Pricing, Supply Chain, Finance, etc., to ensure cohesive strategy development.
* Set Strategic Agendas: Develop and approve agendas for brand planning meetings, focusing on strategic priorities and objectives.

Decision-Making and Analysis

* Manage Budget Reporting: Oversee the reporting and utilization of brand budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and financial planning.
* Lead Marketing Submissions: Manage the process for all marketing submissions to Sales Ops (CD/SFE) for Sales Playbook content, ensuring strategic alignment and completeness.
* Analyze Data and Provide Insights: Analyze data from website analytics vendors and track KPIs for social and digital marketing campaigns and provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on insights.

Team Leadership and Collaboration

* Ensure Campaign Alignment: Work collaboratively with brand and media agency partners to ensure all campaigns align with strategic imperatives and compliance requirements.
* Lead Cross-Functional Efforts: Partner with agencies and internal teams to execute and optimize digital promotional efforts, including paid media and Healthcare Professionals (HCP) and Patient/Consumer-targeted initiatives.

Reporting and Recommendations

* Develop Dashboards and Reports: Create dashboards and reports to track effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
* Identify Trends and Recommend Strategies: Identify trends and present strategic recommendations to Leadership.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

* Lead Special Projects: Manage special projects and initiatives, such as Barnds including IB Guard, Boost, Pure Encapsulation, etc., ensuring strategic alignment and successful execution.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field required; Master's degree or MBA is highly desired.
* 3+ years of relevant job experience in either Marketing or in Sales within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or Nutraceutical industries required.
* Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is required.
* Must have excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, articulation, organizational and stakeholder management skills (including the ability to develop and maintain strong, cross-functional stakeholder relationships).
* Willing and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
* Must be analytical, detail-oriented and a creative and effective problem solver.
* Must be a strategic thinker and current or prior knowledge of report writing, updating and distribution.
* Current or prior experience utilizing Data and CRM systems such as Power BI, SAP and/or Salesforce is highly desired.
* Willing and able to travel as needed based on the needs of the team and the business.

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $120,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
